Blue Thunder/3 Star Lodges Ceremony weekend near Tolar, TX

In the beautiful fields far outside of town, we gather to commune with Nature in a very special way - through collective and individual ceremony. The weekend runs from Friday noon until we finish, leaving the Land better than we found it, sometime on Sunday around noon.

Whether you are new to Sweet Medicine SunDance or a student in the first four gateways, there are opportunities for personal growth and Leadership training during this very dynamic weekend.

There is a time-proven succession of ceremonies that leads us on this Path. Many different ceremonies are offered that utilize the learnings from lived experience, a person’s previous ceremony and the studies of our teachings.

Although this is “primitive camping”, we have access to a new porta potty. There is well water available for washing up and dishes at the covered patio where we have our outside kitchen and staff area. We recommend that you bring your own drinking water, food cooler and ice for the weekend.

Car parking is a short distance from our camping perimeter and is along the frontage road. Car camping is permitted, and tent camping or sleeping under the stars might be a better choice for this particular weekend.
